What materials are your cases made from?

TECHSHIELD phone cases are crafted from premium, shockproof materials, primarily consisting of high-quality TPU and PC. For our square and rounded cases, we prioritize the use of environmentally friendly TPU, ensuring durability and protection. In contrast, our curved cases predominantly feature the resilience of PC material. To achieve intricate and precise designs, each pattern is meticulously printed using advanced laser or electroplating techniques, guaranteeing exceptional detail and quality.

Are TECHSHIELD cases protective?

TECHSHIELD cases are built to protect your phone without adding extra bulk. They come with a raised front lip of 1-3mm to shield your screen and fully covered bumpers that absorb shocks. The soft silicone interior prevents scratches. Plus, our cases have passed an 8ft drop test.

Why do TECHSHIELD SQUARE cases have sharp corners?

The distinctive sharp corners of TECHSHIELD SQUARE cases serve two primary purposes. Firstly, they are designed to provide enhanced protection by offering cushioned corners, ensuring superior safety for your device compared to conventional cases. Secondly, the square design imparts a modern, sleek, and bold appearance, adding a touch of contemporary style to your phone.

What is the difference between square cases and square cases v.2?

TECHSHIELD provides both Square Cases and Square Cases V.2. The TECHSHIELD Square Case V.2 is designed to be more robust, providing extra protection and a more luxurious aesthetic. Due to its added durability, it is slightly heavier than the regular Square Cases, ensuring enhanced safeguarding for your device.

Do TECHSHIELD cases work with wireless charging?

While all TECHSHIELD cases support wireless charging, it's important to note that not all of our cases are equipped with the MagSafe function. To determine whether a specific product offers MagSafe compatibility, please refer to the product details for more information.

Why does TECHSHIELD offer four distinct categories of phone cases?

If you have been browsing our website, you might have noticed that we provide a variety of options, including the Square Case, Square Case V.2, Curved Case, and Rounded Case, to cater to diverse preferences and tastes. Our aim is to present a wide range of designs and shapes, allowing each customer to find something that resonates with their style. We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with the array of designs and choices we offer.

ORDERING

What size iPhone do I have?

To identify your iPhone size, navigate to Settings > General > About.
Check the Model Name to find your specific iPhone size. If you encounter any confusion, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We welcome payments through various platforms, including Apple Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay, alongside major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, for orders exceeding $50, we offer the convenience of 4 interest-free installments through Shop Pay.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you require any modifications to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at support@techshieldny.com at your earliest convenience. Our typical processing time spans 1-2 business days. Once the order has been received at our fulfillment facility, we are unable to make any changes. However, we will try our best to halt the order if possible.

Will I get confirmation email after the payment?

Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your order. If, for any reason, you do not receive the email, please feel free to contact us directly at support@techshieldny.com for assistance.

SHIPPING

How will my order ship? How many days it may take?

For orders totaling $45 or more, shipping within the United States is free! Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery, excluding the 1-2 day processing time. We utilize a combination of USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping, depending on the location, ensuring convenience for our customers. Please be aware that all carriers are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, making shipping times estimations.

In cases where orders are returned to TECHSHIELD due to incorrect or missing address information, the initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We are more than happy to re-ship the order to the correct address; however, additional shipping charges will apply for the re-shipment.

What should I do if I've provided incorrect information for an order?

If you entered the wrong information or address for your order, please email our Customer Service Team at support@techshieldny.com right away. We process and ship orders quickly. Once the order is at our facility, we can't change the address. We'll try our best to help before the order is processed.
If your order has been processed, we will try our best to help. If the original order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can refund your order amount, minus the shipping fee.
Please place a new order shipping to the correct information.
If the order was processed and delivered to the wrong address entered at the time of ordering, you would be responsible for the charges and the order would not be eligible for a refund.

How can I track my package?

You will receive tracking information via email. If you don't receive a tracking ID you can contact us here.

My order says delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?

• Please verify the shipping address on your order.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.
• Look around the delivery location. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package.
• See if someone else accepted the delivery. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
• Speak with the postal carrier who delivers your mail as they scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'.
• Wait 40 hours. Packages can show as delivered while still in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Depending on the country and size of the order, we ship worldwide via UPS, FEDEX and 4PX.

Will there be import tax & duties charged on my order?

Some countries outside the U.S. may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for imports. These fees, if applicable, are not included in the payment you make to us.

How long does it take for international orders to arrive?

International orders are taking 12-25 business days to arrive (due to COVD delays). However, all shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on location. Be sure to check the shipping confirmation email we send you for a live tracking link and more information on your order status.

Do you accept international returns and exchanges?

International orders (outside the U.S.) will not receive a prepaid shipping label via email. For international returns, you will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization and a packing slip after you complete the return process here.

You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/un-trackable returns.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

Refunds and exchanges will take 5-7 business days to be processed after the item(s) have been received. You'll receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to return or exchange any sale items.

WARRANTY

What does the 1 year warranty cover?

Our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship. Warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage like yellowing, scratches, dents, etc. Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.
