With the exception of "final sale" items, most orders can be returned within the initial 14-day purchase period. It is important to mail the returns within the 7-day return window, as failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in automatic rejection. Please note that returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from techshieldny.com or any of our authorized shops. The products must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition. For any defective or damaged items, we are pleased to accept exchange or return requests within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase.
To address a damaged or defective item, please send an email here within 7 days of delivery, including the order number and details about the product condition. We will provide you with an authorization for returns. Once you have returned the product to us, we offer two options: we can send you a new item at no additional cost (including reimbursement for return shipping), or you may opt for a full refund.
Upon authorization of a return, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with detailed instructions for returning the damaged or defective items to us. It is important to securely package and wrap the items before returning them to ensure their safe transit.
For non-defective item returns or exchanges, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The product must be securely packaged, wrapped, and in re-sellable condition when returned to us. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will proceed with arranging the desired exchange or issuing a refund based on the customer's request.

Non-Defective Personalized Items

Sale and Clearance Items

Wrong Ordered Items
If you order the wrong product or choose the wrong delivery location, and the order gets canceled later, there won't be a refund. However, you can request a change, but you'll need to cover the shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the new one.
International Return and Exchange
For customers outside the United States, please follow the instructions provided by our return support team. Please be aware that duties, taxes, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. In the case of a non-defective product return, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges, as well as any applicable taxes and duties.
