TECHSHIELD's 1 year warranty exclusively applies to defects in materials, craftsmanship, or functionality. Please note that warranty does NOT cover:
  • orders made over 365 days ago
  • sale or clearance items
  • replacement items

Additionally, the warranty does NOT cover typical wear and tear damage, including but not limited to:
  • yellowing
  • minor scratches
  • dents and scuffs
  • fading of color
  • discoloration from everyday handling
  • gradual loosening of buttons
  • deterioration, and/or any defects resulting from normal aging, abuse, or improper use of the product

Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with the same product or a product of equal value.
If you get a faulty or incorrect product, reach out to our support team within three days along with your order number. TECHSHIELD will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
